Perfin Infra has invested up to R$ 450 million in VirtuGNL, a leading company in solutions for decarbonizing cargo transportation in Brazil using liquefied natural gas (LNG) as a substitute for diesel.

The investment will be made through debentures convertible into shares, with an initial investment of R$ 100 million. This operation represents an important step towards advancing the energy transition in the country, focusing on sustainable logistics corridors and expanding LNG infrastructure.
