Camilla Sisti CLO
Camilla is Perfin’s CLO and partner, having joined the team in March 2021. She has extensive experience in corporate law, specializing in M&A’s, Private Equity, and corporate matters. She began her career in 2005 at Araújo e Policastro Advogados and, in 2008, was senior lawyer on the M&A and Corporate team at Vellozza Advogados, where she became a partner in 2018. She holds a degree in Law from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and postgraduate degrees in Business Valuation and Corporate Law from the Institute for Research and Education (Insper).

Ralph Gustavo Rosenberg CIO
Ralph is a founding partner and Chief Investment Officer of Perfin, where he has served since 2007. He has more than 20 years of experience in the capital markets and over 15 years focused on infrastructure investments, having led numerous investment and divestment transactions throughout his career. He currently serves on the boards of several companies within the Perfin Infra portfolio. Ralph holds a degree in Business Administration.

Hugo Assunção CFO
Hugo is a partner and CFO of Perfin since March 2021. With extensive and deep experience in the infrastructure sector, he worked at financial institutions with a focus on investments and financial modeling related to this sector, including Unibanco, Merrill Lynch, and HSBC. He was CFO of Odebrecht Transportes (OTP), 2W Energia, and Mori Energia Holding. While at OTP, he was also a member of the Board of Directors of various companies controlled by OTP. He holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP) and an MBA from the London Business School.

Carolina Rocha COO
Carolina is COO and a Perfin partner since 2017 responsible for Business Development, and a member of the Executive Committee, as well as the Perfin Infra and Perfin Climate Investment Committees. Also, a member at Comerc Energia Board of Directors. She began her career as an economic research analyst at Direcional Administração de Recursos and being promoted to partner. As partner and member of the research team at Quest Investimentos, she was responsible for covering many sectors as equity research analyst. For 8 years, she served as a partner at Apex Capital, and a member of the management team as an equity research analyst focused on the domestic economy, and later, Business Development. Carolina holds a degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ) and an Executive MBA in Finance from IBMEC-RJ.

João Manoel Siqueira Gestão e Originação
João é responsável por Originação e Gestão e é membro do Comitê da Perfin Climate. Foi fundador e CFO da Moss, umas das empresas pioneiras em negociação de crédito de carbono no Brasil. Construiu uma sólida carreira no mercado financeiro, trabalhando para bancos como Credit Suisse e Itaú, como analista de ações. Além disso, foi sócio fundador da Miles Capital. É formado na Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo (FGV-EAESP) e participou do programa de intercâmbio na Stern da Universidade de Nova York (NYU).

Alexandre Bossi Gestão
Alexandre integra o time de investimentos da Perfin Climate desde 2023. É o atual presidente do Instituto SOS Pantanal e está em alguns conselhos de instituições que atuam exclusivamente com o meio ambiente, como IHP, o Onçafari e a Ampara. É Portfolio Manager e Conselheiro da Perfin Climate, executivo e um dos fundadores da Pandhora Investimentos. Possui uma carreira construída em instituições como Mauá Capital, Pactual, Fama Investimentos e foi um dos sócios fundadores da Brasil Capital. Iniciou sua carreira na Cannel Capital, em São Francisco, na Califórnia. É formado em Administração de Empresas pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP) e em Economia pela Universidade Mackenzie.

Cristiano Santana Operations
Cristiano has been responsible for Perfin’s Middle-Office activities since 2018. He worked for 12 years as operations analyst at Schahin CCVM and at important securities brokerage firms, such as Trilha Investimentos, where he was responsible for fund’s financial reconciliation, mirror trading, contact with administrators, custodians, banks, and investors, among other activities. He holds degrees in Economics and Accounting from Fundação Escola de Comércio Álvares Penteado (FECAP).

Roberto Pitondo Operations
Roberto is a partner and Perfin's Operations manager since 2015. With over 20 years of experience, he had worked in the finance and controlling teams of Itaú BBA and Itaú-Unibanco, performing activities related to Risk Management, Treasury Position and Results Management, Commercial Spread, Investment Banking, Pricing, and Accounts Payable and Receivable. He holds a degree in Accounting from Faculdade Metropolitana Unidas (FMU) and an MBA in Financial Institutions Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).

Renato Rolim de Souza Controlling
Renato has been a member of Perfin’s financial team in the accounting, tax and controlling area at since 2021. He has 10 years of experience in accounting, taxes, consolidation, and reporting of financial statements to Brazil’s Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM). He worked as an accounting assistant and analyst at Cyrela and at CPFL Renováveis and ISA CTEEP. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Paulista (UNIP) and in Accounting from the University of Mogi das Cruzes (UMC), with an active registration at the Regional Accounting Council of São Paulo (CRC-SP).

Gabriela Souza Administrative and Financial
Gabriela is a member of Perfin’s financial team since 2020. She began her career in the financial area at Solera Brazil, a insurance company specialized in automotive sector risk and asset management. She also worked at Mori Energia, building her career in the infrastructure sector. She holds a degree in Financial Management from the University of Santo Amaro (UNISA) and in Psychology from Universidade Paulista (UNIP). Additionally, she is certified in the People Management extension course by Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).

Henrique Oliveira Data Science
Henrique has been a Data Science analyst at Perfin since 2019, focused on process automation, systems engineering , internal controls, and generation of analytical reports, integrating the entire company. He is specialized in R programming language, use of Windows/Linux operating systems, cloud computing, and relational databases. He holds a degree in Forestry Engineering and a master’s degree in Forest Sciences, with emphasis on forest management from the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA), covering forest modeling for carbon capture and storage.

Pedro Camargo Board Member
Pedro is Portfolio Manager and board member of Perfin Climate since 2022. With over 20 years of experience in Value Investing, he is a founding partner of Trilha Investimentos and Pandhora Technologies. He currently serves on the boards of SOS Pantanal, Onçafari, and Acaia Pantanal, and founded the Santa Rosa Jaguar Sanctuary. He holds a degree in Economics from FAAP, with an MBA in Capital Markets from the University of São Paulo (USP).

Mario Haberfeld Board Member
Mario is responsible for Business Development and is part of Perfin Climate's board member since 2022. He founded Associação Onçafari and was a race car driver for nearly 20 years, serving as a test driver in Formula 1 and competing for major Formula Indy teams. Today, he chairs Associação Onçafari and sits on the boards of SOS Pantanal and Panthera Brasil. He is a Harvard Business School graduate.

Nayara Milani Legal
Nayara has been a member of Perfin’s legal team since September 2020. She began her career in the Energy Law area at Bichara Advogados and later worked in the same sector at Raízen Energia. She holds a degree in Law from the São Bernardo do Campo Law School (FDSBC) and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law at the Institute of Research and Teaching (Insper).

Marcela Brito Investor Relations
Marcela has been a member of Perfin’s Investor Relations team since April 2022. She had worked for more than 15 years at BNY Mellon, where she held the positions of Corporate Governance Manager, Project Manager, and Legal Manager, in addition to serving on Investment Committees, Boards, and Fiscal Council of Publicly Traded Companies. She then was Investor Relations Manager at the Apex Group. She holds a degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ) and an MBA in Finance from IBMEC.

Suzana Vescovi, CGA Investor Relations
Suzana is a partner and has been a member of Perfin’s Investor Relations team since June 2017. She began her career in the Fund of Funds department at Itaú Asset Management, had worked for three years as a Funds operations analyst at BTG Pactual, was responsible for Due Diligence processes for fund managers and funds of diverse strategies. In addition, was responsible for the management of mirror funds at Original Asset Management. She holds a degree in Food Engineering from the College of Animal Science and Food Engineering (FZEA-USP) and possesses ANBIMA Manager certification (CGA).

Luiz Capovila Engineer
Luiz Capovila joined the Perfin Climate team in 2023 and is focused on engineering and logistics aspects of projects. With over seven years of experience in remote-area operations, he has worked in construction management across various infrastructure and telecom projects in the Amazon and Pantanal regions. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Mauá Institute of Technology (IMT).

Dickson de Souza Landholding
Dickson is real estate law specialist at Perfin Climate since March 2022, responsible for prospecting areas. He accumulates experience in the field from companies such as Grupo Marista, Grupo Madero, and Portage Assessoria. He has developed landholding, environmental, and tax regulation projects and has worked in Real Estate Due Diligence processes and rural and urban property acquisitions. Dickson also has tax experience from companies such as Positivo Informática and Global Village Telecom. Dickson holds a degree in Business Administration from UniBrasil Centro Universitário and a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUC-PR).

Letícia Larcher PMO
Letícia has been a Perfin Climate project analyst since April 2022, responsible for the development of nature-based solutions, management of protected areas, and environmental monitoring. She serves as board member of Instituto Homem Pantaneiro (IHP) and a biodiversity consultant at Ecosystem Regeneration Associates (ERA). Additionally, she is a member of the advisory group for SDVista certification (Verra) on the topic of biodiversity. Letícia holds a degree in Biology, a postgraduate degree in Strategic Planning and Management, and a master’s and doctorate degree in Ecology and Conservation from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR).
