Alexandre is the partner responsible for Equity Research and co-Portfolio Management of Equity funds since 2011. Alexandre is in the equity investment industry since 2001 when he started his career at Bank Boston Asset Management. He was a member of the team selected as the best Equity Portfolio Management in 2002, 2003 and 2004 by Exame magazine. In 2005 he joined Unibanco as a Telecom stock analyst, where he was awarded as the runner-up team by the Institutional Investor All-Brazil Research Team. In 2006 he became a partner at a Single Family Office - RXZ Investimentos where he structured the Equity team as Head of Research, acting as Co-Portfolio Manager of Equities. Mr. Sabanai earned a B.A. degree in Business Administration from FGV (EAESP).
Felipe Ferreira is a Partner and Portfolio Manager for the Private Equity at Perfin Asset since 2017. Mr. Ferreira has been in the company since March 2013 and prior assuming his role as PM he served as an Equity Research Analyst responsible for the Utilities and Infrastructure sectors. Before joining Perfin, he began his career at Banco Safra in 2007 and moved to Santander in 2009. After completing the trainee program at Santander, Felipe joined Santander Asset Management in 2010, where he worked as an Equity Analyst. Mr. Ferreira holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (EAESP) and he is a CFA charterholder since 2012.
Isaias Limonge is a partner and the responsible for execution at the Equity Funds. Mr Limonge has been in the company since 2010. Before joining Perfin, he began his career in the Bank industry in 2005 at BNP Paribas (Project Finance) before moving to Itaú (Private Bank Investment Funds). After that he joined Mauá Investimentos, an independent asset management founded in 2005, having worked in several areas such as Back-office, Risk, Investor Relations and Fixed Income Assets. In 2007 he moved to Bradesco to work in the Proprietary Trading (international exchange desk), where he remained until August of 2010. Mr. Limonge earned a B.A. degree in Business Administration at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (EAESP).
Paulo Ghedini is the partner and equity analyst responsible for Financial Services, Properties and Tech sectors since 2015. Mr Ghedini has been in the financial industry since 2001 when he joined Merrill Lynch on the Latam IB/M&A team. There he held positions in Equity Sales and Proprietary Trading until 2006 when he accepted the role of VP for the Latam Equity Sales team at Credit Suisse. In March of 2009, he joined Barclays Capital as a Director responsible for starting up the business in Latam Equities for Europe until starting his MBA. After Wharton, he joined the Equity Research team at M Square (now VELT Partners), where he was responsible for the coverage of several sectors and became an Associate in early 2015. Mr. Ghedini is a board member of Students for Liberty Brazil (the Brazilian arm of America´s Student for Liberty), a non-profit organization that aims to educate, develop leadership skills, and empowers pro-liberty college students to help make the world a freer place. He is also a board member of Mises Institute Brazil (inspired by Mises Institute in the US), a non-profit think-tank focused on the production and dissemination of economic studies and social sciences compatible with the principles of free-markets, individual freedom, honest history and international peace. Mr. Ghedini earned a B.A. degree in Business Administration from FGV EAESP and graduated with honors from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton MBA (Major in Accounting and concentration in Competitive Strategy). He is also a CFA charter holder since 2006.
Mr. Rosenberg has been involved in all phases of Perfin’s development. He was in the front row of the great initiatives the company has designed since the first equity funds to its recent businesses dedicated to infrastructure investing. Mr. Rosenberg has always worked in the financial industry beginning his career at Banco Santander in 2001. Before founding Perfin he has worked at Banco Safra and other asset management companies. Since 2006 he has been a portfolio manager and responsible for equity portfolios at Perfin. Mr. Rosenberg has a history of supporting several social projects, mainly child cancer institutions. Mr. Rosenberg holds a B.A. degree in Business from FAAP and MBA in Finance from Insper.
Maurizio Casalaspro is the partner responsible for Risk & Compliance at Perfin Asset since 2014. Mr. Casalaspro began his career at Banco Itaú leading various Risk projects and he also served as a Risk Analytics Developer. After Itaú, he worked at Banco Safra in operations desk, supporting management team, developing pricing tools and elaborating the risk reports. Prior to Perfin Asset, he worked at Itaú BBA as a Risk Manager pricing all credit and derivative transactions, including IB, External Units, Treasury and Middle Segment. Mr. Casalaspro holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from USP.
Traldi began her career at Banco Unibanco in the Administrative Control of Operations desk. In the Votorantim Group, she worked in Administrative Management with the Corporate Executives. In the Legal area, she worked at the Pinheiro and Traldi Advogados Associados law office, contributing to legal and administrative routines. Ms. Traldi received a Bachelor of Law from Faculdade de Direito de Osasco.
Roberto Pitondo is responsible for the Portfolio Operations since March of 2015. He has over 20 years of experience in the Financial Sector, starting his career in 1995 at Itaú BBA. Later on, he moved to Itaú-Unibanco having worked in various areas in the bank such as Financial and Controllership areas, Fixed Income Risk Management, Commercial Spreads, Investment Banking, Pricing and Accounts Payables and Receivables. Mr. Pitondo holds a Bachelor of Accounting from FMU and a MBA in Financial Institution Management from FGV (EAESP).
Catia is the Controller in charge of the invested companies. She has more than 15 years of experience in the financial area in several companies in the industrial, services and technology sectors. Catia acted as CFO in technology start-ups such as Movile, and as Business Controller in chemical industries such as BASF, DOW and Saint-Gobain. She has a bachelor's degree in Accounting and master from FGV in Business Management.

He is currently a Board Member of Hejoassu S.A. (holding company of Votorantim Group), Board Member of Votorantim Institute, GBM Board Member and Executive Committee-Geração Brasil Melhor.
Carolina Rocha is the partner responsible for Investor Relations and Business Development at Perfin Asset since October 2017. Ms. Rocha has been in the Asset Management Industry since 2002 beginning her career as a Macro Research Analyst at Direcional Asset Management and later helping start up the Equity Research business. In August 2007 she joined Quest Investimentos as a Managing Partner on the Equities Business as an Equity Research Analyst covering various sectors mainly focused in domestic environment. After Quest Investimentos, she joined Apex Capital as partner and responsible for sectors such as Retail, Food & Beverage, Education, Health Care and Telecom. From April 2014 to April 2017, she was responsible for Investor Relations and Portfolio Specialist. Ms. Rocha has helped Projeto Arrastão lecturing about Personal Finance and has sponsored various institutions focusing in sports and education. Ms. Rocha earned her B.A. in Economics from Pontíficia Universidade Catolica in Rio de Janeiro and MBA in finance from IBMEC/RJ.
June 2017. Ms. Vescovi began her career as intern in the Fund of Funds area at Itaú Asset Management. In 2012, she joined BTG Pactual in Operations (Equities and Funds) and then she was responsible for Due Diligence processes of managers and funds of different strategies and portfolio management at Original Asset Management. She holds a Bachelor for Food Engineering from USP.
